IspPAC development systeMS

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation offers Spice models support for the entire family of ispPAC (Programmable Analog Circuit) devices.

This support is now one of the available standard features for the 1.2.1 version of the PAC- Designer software, the software tool for the design, simulation, and programming of ispPAC ACTM devices.

With this new version of the software, the user can export simulation models for specific configurations, in PSpice and PSpice compatible simulators, to carry out card level simulations. This is a function in addition to width and frequency response available in the PAC-Designer software.

The Spice models support, for ispPAC devices, reduces development times of the system to analogue designers.

It is now possible to define in an iterative way the analogical components used, and simulate the circuits on a card level through the Spice models in the software environment. Once the project is completed, ispPAC devices are immediately programmed according to the user’s specific requirements.
