In the robotics sector for manufacturing systems Toshiba Machine is one of the main producers. The company has its European headquarters in London.Among robots on offer we mention the SCARA SR-424 Hsp series, which can manage movements in the two X and Y axes of 420 mm, of 150 mm in the Z axis (limit weight 3 Kg). The BA Rolbot series is on the other hand able to move loads up to 100 Kg through servomotors. The SCARA series can move loads up to 10 Kg, with movements on the two axes X and Y of 650 mm and on the Z axis from 200 to 400 mm. April.2002 Houston Associates
