300 mm wafer system

One of the main novelties of the past few months, in the sector of electronic components production, is the development of technologies and systems operating on 300 mm wafers to produce chips. One of the first companies to produce systems of this type was Suss Microtec Ag, a company based in Munich.

Technology and software prepared by Suss are called Gyrset. And they make an important resource in the development of optimised productive processes.
