Operative on the world market since last May, Bosch Rexroth AG, controlled for its 100% by Robert Bosch GmbH (born of the fusion of Bosch’s Automation Technique with Mannesmann Rexroth), places itself today at the world’s highest in the automation and mobile oilpressure market.With over 26.000 employees in the whole world, and a solid proceeds forecast for 2001 of 3.700 million Euro, the Company operates in various sectors: industrial oil pressure; pneumatics; linear and assembly technique; electrical activators and controls; mobile oil pressure; service.
Bosch Rexroth S.p.A., Italian office of the new German holding (in the illustration Ulrich Richter, general trade manager in Italy) will reunite before next October the activities of Automation and Mobile Oil pressure Technique of Robert Bosch S.p.A., those of Mannesmann Rexroth S.p.A. and of Star Mikron S.p.A.. In Italy the new Company will be able to count on the daily efforts of over 500 collaborators, in an overall turnover of about 260 million Euro and on the collaboration, in the national territory, of over 60 distributors and exclusive suppliers. The new branch is in the establishments already of Mannesmann Rexroth in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), over an area of about 40.000 square meters. |
