The new F940W is the first member of the F900GOT with a high-resolution TFT display. In contrast to its square-format predecessors this unit is also rectangular. It can be installed either horizontally or vertically and features password access protection and recipe handling.

Up to four F900GOTs can be connected in an RS-422 network. The standard RS-422 and RS-232 ports make reprogramming very simple. These ports also support "trans-parent mode" connection to a Mitsubishi PLC, which enables you to transfer the PLC program to the controller with the control unit without interrupting the connection to the PLC.

The control unit programmer can illustrate the applications with on-screen bitmap images using up to 256 colours. The GOT series can be programmed with the GT Works software package, which requires an FX-232-CAB-1 cable for connecting the control unit to the PC.

The F940GOT Handy series - Handy GOT for short - is a graphical control unit in a handy, compact format. This all-rounder comes with a touchscreen display, four mechanical keys for machine inputs and an Emergency OFF switch. It features an RS-422 port for connection to MELSEC FX, Q and QnA PLCs. The touchscreen can be disabled with a switch for two-hands operation configurations.

The F943GOT Handys support communication with the MELSEC A, QnA and Q PLCs and controllers from other manufacturers via an RS-232 port.
