Celeron 1,30 GHz arrives 

It is Intel Corporation’s first January 2002 announcement. It concerns the new Intel Celeron 1,30 GHz processor, for desktop PCs, based on 0,13 micron process technology. It is very fast and with 100 MHz bus system. For its specificity it is the fastest offer currently on the market for those users who are particularly budget sensitive: its cost is of 118 dollars for quantities of hundred units.

Intel Celeron processors are now available with 1,30; 1,20; 1,10 and 1 GHz frequencies, as well as 950, 900, 850, and 800 MHz (all with a 100 MHz bus system).
