Fiat aims to sell Magneti Marelli

Magneti Marelli, the historical automotive components company, is about to be let off by the Fiat group.
Although the news has been going around for some time, the official confirmation has arrived from the managing director of the first group of the Italian automotive industry, Paolo Cantarella.

The captain of Fiat, from Barcelona where he was for the presentation of the Stilo, the last born in the Fiat group, which will  be produced in the Cassino (Frosinone) factories, has explained how negotiations are underway, but the contingent situation in the components market has made times for the transfer substantially longer than initially supposed.
