National Instruments launches some innovative products: the new Scc (Signal conditioning component), for the frequency-tension conversion; Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric (ICP) accelerometers and thermoresistance detectors (RTD).

Scc-FV01 è un two-channel frequency-tension conversion module that accepts  +/-10 V signals up to 100 Hz. The module output has a linear relation with the entry frequency and can read 0 V for an cc entry signal.

The single channel module for active Scc-ICP01 accelerometers accepts +/-5 V signals and a 3-pole low-pass Bessel filter, 19 kHz for noise and anti-alias filtering. The module also offers a 4 mA current source for the power supply of compatible ICP sensors.

The two-channel Scc-RTD01 model accepts 2,3 and 4 wire platinum RTD elements and a 1 mA excitation source for the RTD power supply.

Both channels have a gain of 25 and a 39 Hz low-pass filter for noise elimination.

For portable applications, with a low number of channels, the Scc series offers a conditioning system of the flexible and modular signals based on the single channel. With single and double channel modules, the Scc series represents a simple-to-use signal conditioning system for applications that require various types of signals/sensors and connectivity options.
