A partnership for e-businessFinmatica, Italian producer of application software in the e-business and Finance and Security sector, and MatrixOne, a company that operates in the Intelligent Collaborative Commerce field, have undersigned a partnership agreement for the integration of e-business applications for companies. The aim? To offer a unique solution for the "web based" management of the whole value chain of a product.
The agreement, immediately operative in Italy, France and Spain, will progressively be extended to the whole of Europe and hence to the rest of the world. The two companies, who expect immediate market developments owing to the sharing of the wide Customer Base, mean to address their offer to a target of about 200 Medium and Large sized companies.
Operative methods of the partnership include that Finmatica and MatrixOne, owing to a joined work group that is already active, shall invest along two project directives: integration of the two application platforms and specialisation of the platforms on strategic market sectors (communication, systems, mechanics, high technology).
These are investments which will translate in substantial advantages for customers, in terms of cost abatement for b2b projects, reduction of delivery times and less project risks in general.
In the frame of the agreement, Finmatica’s e-Procurement and e-Selling solutions, finalised to the management, through the internet, of purchasing, goods and service sales processes, (requests for offers, negotiations, orders..) and eMatrix by MatrixOne solution, Internet based platform that satisfies collaboration requirement (between producer, customer, suppliers and partners) during the whole cycle of the product’s life (from design to post sales assistance) will be integrated with the aim to optimise interaction between customers, suppliers and partners (transmission and exchange of technical, project, financial documents).
