Peristaltic pumps

Watson-Marlow offers a range of industrial pumps that have the advantages of peristaltic technology such as flexibility, cleanliness, ease of use and reduced maintenance at substantially reduced costs. The Close Coupled line is made up of peristaltic pumping heads directly interlocked by a gear motor, which are completely assembled and very compact pumps. The versatility of Close Coupled enables their use in a wide range of industries, including chemical, water treatment, food, typographical, biotechnological and paper.

The IP 55 certification makes them suitable for installations that require exposure to humid environments. Since th eliquid to be transferred is completely contained inside the pipe, there is no contamination of the pump or of the liquid.

Also, peristaltic pumps have no value of retention, membranes, gaskets that can clog up, or corrode and can therefore be replaced often; they reduce costs and unused times. The range is available with fixed or variable speed, both electronically and mechanically, with standard electrical motors, antideflagration or pneumatic.
